Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (typically before major swim competitions), processing may take slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For competition swimwear orders, we recommend choosing standard shipping for more reliable tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and competition integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Girl’s Competition Swimwear and Boy’s FINA Approved Jammers (due to strict hygiene standards)
  • Swim Caps (all types)
  • Any items marked as “final sale”

Return Process

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  2. Package your item securely in the original packaging
  3. Include your order number and RMA clearly on the outside of the package
  4. Ship to: Swim Equipment Shop Returns, 2673 Dawson Drive, Little Rock, US 72211

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

For size exchanges on training swimwear or junior wetsuits:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying the desired replacement size/color
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we process your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product (especially important for competition gear):

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement

International Customers

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Return shipping costs for international orders are not covered by Swim Equipment Shop
  • Refunds will be for the product cost only, excluding original shipping and any import fees
